Workplace stress: early signs and how to cool down
Earlier recognition makes adjustment easier
Ongoing stress affects sleep, digestion, and how teams work together.

Stress belongs at work, but it does not have to stay
A deadline can raise heart rate. The concern is when that state lasts for weeks: poor sleep, scattered focus, a shorter temper, or pulling away from colleagues.

Cooling down during the workday
Stand for two minutes, drink water, look out a window, or take a short walk between meetings. These do not replace professional support when stress is severe, but they interrupt the reaction.
Cooling down is not denial of pressure. It is how you stay clear enough to handle it.
